I’m Fannie, a French language and intercultural trainer specialized in the hospitality and tourism industry.

 

I help hospitality professionals deliver exceptional service to French-speaking guests through practical, multicultural, and results-oriented training.

I'm trilingual in French, Spanish, and English, and I worked with Spanish-speaking hospitality teams across Latin America, so that I understand the day-to-day challenges of multilingual service — and how to transform them into opportunities.
